Millions of Americans live below the poverty line, many of the them domestic employees like Mary Poppins. Bell explains in the song that "just a $3 increase can make a living wage."

The Veronica Mars star does bear a close resemblance to the woman who made the role famous, Julie Andrews. The legendary star won an Oscar in 1965 for her portrayal of everyone's favorite babysitter.

Bell isn't doing too badly in the Disney department either. The pregnant actress voiced Anna in Disney's monster hit Frozen. She has also been vocal about wanting to star in the Broadway version of the movie that the company is developing. She's now in rehearsal for a production of Hair at the Hollywood Bowl in early August.
